CREDIT CARD & CANCELLATION POLICY
EFFECTIVE 6/20/22
Jonathan Kane Salon and Spa requires a credit card for all appointments. You will NOT be charged at the time of booking. The card will only be charged if:
- Appointments are canceled less than 24 hours in advance. Your card will be charged 100% of the canceled service price.
All credit card information is stored with the credit card company, which is secured and encrypted. Jonathan Kane Salon and Spa can only see the last four digits of the card number.
Why has the policy changed?
Clients who do not show up or have last-minute cancellations directly affect your service providers’ income.
Service providers get paid a commission. If a stylist has a last-minute cancellation or a no-show for an appointment scheduled for two hours, that is lost wages for those two hours.
We request respect for the service providers’ time and income for their families.
Can I still pay cash/check?
Yes. The card is only on file to reserve your appointment time or cover late/no-show fees. You can pay with cash, check, a different credit card, or the card on file.
