What to Expect During COVID-19
To use Credit or Debit cards rather than cash.
Please do not bring drinks, food, or handbags into the salon.
Email and Text Confirmations will have a required Health Questionnaire and Waiver. We will have an E-Version at the salon as well.
We reserve the right to refuse or reduce service at any time.
Please let us know if you cut or colored your hair at home during the shelter-in-place.
Pricing
Prices begin at the stated amount and are subject to change without notice
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Arriving late may reduce your services or result in cancellation of your entire appointment.
Cancellations
If a cancellation or date change is necessary, it must be done with a minimum of 24 hours notice. A 48 hour notice is required for multiple services or groups. We reserve the right to enforce our cancellation policy and your credit card will be charged 100% of the services. If your preferred appointment time is not available, please request to be placed on our waiting list.
Cell Phone Use
As a courtesy to other clients who may be relaxing nearby, we ask that cell phones be silenced while in the salon & spa.
Children
We request that children under 13 not being serviced, be accompanied by an adult in our waiting area.
Credit Cards
We require a credit card and 50% deposit to reserve appointments for multiple services. A credit card is required to reserve appointments for groups or any service over 1 hour.
Staff Levels
We are very proud of our technical and customer service training programs. Our staff has attained various professional levels achieved through years of experience, training and education. All stylists are trained internally prior to performing services on guests, and must maintain that training in order to advance.
